The portfolio of ECW, purchased

from the sponsor at IPO, comprises

six properties located in Hangzhou,

the People’s Republic of China, with

an aggregate net lettable area (NLA)

of 698,478 sqm and land tenures

ranging from 35 to 44 years. The

portfolio is strategically constructed

comprising a diversified set of quality

assets that offers unitholders both

stable income and growth potential.

The six properties have an aggregate

valuation of RMB6,407,000,000 as at

31 December 2016 as appraised by

Colliers International.
